Problems related to the problem of delinquency and even crimes committed by children in Marelan District, Medan City are quite worrying because this area belongs to the suburbs of Medan so that advances in technology and science have greatly affected the pattern of people's lives. Including the entry of the bad influence of drugs, online games, bullying and others to children in the Medan Marelan sub-district, especially during this Covid 19 era where they really have free time because almost all schools carry out online learning processes (on the network). / study online. Based on the current facts in the field, it is important for children to be equipped with knowledge about the dangers of drug abuse, online games and other evil deeds for their future and how to overcome them. Medan Marelan District is an area that is prone to the spread of Narcotics, Trafficking, and crimes against children are rampant. One of the factors is the large number of unemployed in this region caused by the many layoffs experienced by people in this area which are the impact of the Covid 19 outbreak. Therefore, to anticipate the widespread influence of various crimes on society, especially children in this region it is necessary to carry out counseling and mentoring activities so that the community, especially children, become human beings with character and are aware of the law. The methods used in this activity are lectures, discussions, and questions and answers about problems related to the dangers to health and the future of the community. In this training counseling, participants carry out Magrib Recitation activities and listen to legal counseling which are packaged in the form of power point slides so that they can understand and understand religious values and legal norms that apply in Indonesia. This Community Partnership Program is planned to be carried out continuously for this stage to be carried out within a period of 1 year.
