Abstrak

The legal process for the criminal act of motor vehicle theft in the case of decision Number: 1381/Pid.B/2017/PNMdn, the Panel of Judges decided that the defendant had been legally and convincingly proven to have committed a crime that he was charged with violating the Single Indictment, namely violating Article 362 of the Criminal Code. Efforts to overcome the crime of motor vehicle theft, namely firstly, penal efforts are efforts to prevent crimes that are repressive in nature, namely efforts to be carried out after the crime has occurred, secondly, non-penal efforts are efforts to prevent crime in the nature of prevention efforts against possible crimes committed before the occurrence of a crime.
