Abstrak

This study aims to describe the influence of covid-19 in the management and settlement of bankrupt assets at the inheritance hall as well as the obstacles experienced by the inheritance hall and the efforts made using normative legal research methods. normative law is a legal research conducted by examining library materials consisting of books, documents related to the problem under study. Through the results of this study, it can be concluded that the effects of covid-19 in the management and settlement of bankrupt assets in the inheritance hall in clearing bankruptcy assets during the covid-19 pandemic are, (a) limited space for movement (b) changes to the technical implementation and the obstacles faced, namely: , (a) The attitude of the debtor who is indifferent to the court's decision or the debtor's inability to execute, (b) The difficulty of finding bankruptcy assets or assets (boedel) hidden by the bankrupt debtor (c) Difficulty in increasing the value of the bankrupt property during the covid-19 pandemic , (d) the debtor filed a lawsuit to the court and (e) the difficulty of conducting the auction.
