PELAKSANAAN PEMBAGIAN WARIS TERHADAP ANAK MENURUT HUKUM ADAT BATAK TOBA DI LINGKUNGAN V KELURAHAN MENTENG

Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to be able to know and understand how the position and method of inheritance distribution to children according to Toba Batak customary law. This study uses an empirical approach (experience), in which the type of research provides an overview of the social conditions of the community and or the environment being studied as it is. The so-called type of descriptive research, using primary data sources and secondary data. The method of collecting data in this research is by conducting face-to-face interviews. And the data obtained were analyzed using qualitative (quality) normative data analysis methods. Based on the observations obtained and after analyzing the collected data, a final opinion can be drawn that the position of a child in the customary inheritance law of the Batak Toba is the same, only in a different way of giving.
