Abstrak

The rights of the Indonesian people to land are the parent of other land tenure rights, meaning that all other land tenure rights are based on the Indonesian people's rights to land and that the existence of any control rights, the rights in question do not negate the existence of the Indonesian people's rights. over the ground. With the Land Law, it is hoped that legal certainty will be created in Indonesia so as to produce certificates as proof of ownership of land rights. What's more, the public still doesn't use district decrees, so various problems arise in the community. The type and nature of the research carried out in this study is a qualitative method, namely trying to learn in depth about the efforts of public legal awareness in obtaining property rights certificates. The sampling technique used in this study is to use a simple random sampling technique. The status of ownership of land rights in Sukasari Village is village land and already has a Camat certificate, but there are still many people who have not managed the land into a Property Rights Certificate, due to a lack of public funds and the community is waiting for the Government program, namely PRONA. And the understanding of the people in Sukasari Village regarding the status of ownership of land rights is quite understanding. Some people already know enough about the importance of the status of ownership of land rights. The obstacle in managing the ownership status of community land rights in Sukasari Village is the duration of completion of certificates of ownership of land rights status. The cause of the delay in completing the certificate of ownership of land rights is due to the lack of socialization regarding the management requirements in the ownership of land rights status
