Tinjauan Yuridis Pengawasan Dinas Perhubungan Terhadap Uji Layak Jalan Kendaraan Angkutan Umum Pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstrak

The North Sumatra Provincial Transportation Service is the implementing element of the North Sumatra provincial government in the field of transportation which is led by a Head of Service and is responsible to the Regional Head through the Regional Secretary, and the North Sumatra Provincial Transportation Service has the task of carrying out regional household affairs in the transportation sector and carrying out co-administration in accordance with the field of duty, especially in the field of public transportation services. This research is descriptive analytical, which reveals the laws and regulations relating to legal theories that are the object of research. The form of the method of this research is a normative juridical approach. The normative juridical approach method is that in this study only library materials or secondary data were examined, which may include primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The North Sumatra Transportation Service always conducts roadworthy operations once a week which is carried out randomly or by moving from place to place. In supervision, the report must be objective and the accuracy of the information received regarding the feasibility test of the vehicle that is required to be tested already has a kir book as a form of supervision, while the category that is not roadworthy is if it does not meet the roadworthiness requirements in accordance with Article 48 of Law Number 22 Year 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation.
